Food is a wonderful thing. It's necessary, it's good, and it's even better when you have a professional on your side! Let's be honest. Everyone can cook food. Most of us like the way that we cook. It is because we are cooking to our own preference.

When you try to cook for others, you are entering another realm of difficulty. If you want to claim proficiency in a commercial kitchen, you must be able to maintain a level of consistency that is incredibly difficult to achieve.

You must allow a sense of atmosphere to waft over your diners while taking care of their needs, allowing them to drink in the unique flavors of the cuisine in a comfortable space.
